Refund policy

At STATECLARITI, we produce limited-run collections. Because of the exclusive nature of our drops, we have a strict return and exchange policy to ensure all customers have a fair chance at securing our pieces.

1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the limited nature of our Drop 001 (only 50 sets produced), all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our Size Guide carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we’ve got you covered.

  • Report Time: You must email us at [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item.

  • Resolution: If the item is confirmed defective, we will provide a pre-paid return label. Once received, we will ship a replacement (subject to inventory availability). If the item is sold out, a full refund to your original payment method will be issued.

3. Conditions for Returns (Defective Items Only)

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Accompanied by original packaging and all tags attached.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For "Defective Item" returns, we cover the cost of the return shipping label.
